Our new clubhouse model works in partnership with other companies who setup a clubhouse in our projects and we as developer give every home owner in our projects an5 year membership for free. The club can also accomodate other prople such as tenants to keep operating costs as low as possible. Afte 5 year period is over from the date of clubhouse opening, a new EOI is generated and is more than 80% residents opt to renew their membership the club house operates for another 5 years but is this ball below the threshhold the club is closed. This reduce the maintanance costs of residents and prevents losses to clubhouse.
