Mangrola Buildcon Private Limited ("Company") provides a technology platform to facilitate fractional ownership in real estate assets.
* Not a REIT: The Company is a real estate management firm and is not registered as a REIT or Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) unless specifically stated.
* Fractional Model: You are purchasing a specific percentage of a real estate asset that holds the title to said asset
2. Eligibility & KYC
To use this platform, you must be:
* At least 18 years of age.
* Capable of providing valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar for India; Passport/Emirates ID for UAE).
* Compliance: You agree that all funds used for investment are from legal sources and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
3. The Buying Process
* Fractional Allocation: Once payment is confirmed, your "share" is locked.
* Title Documents: Depending on the project, you will receive either a "Co-ownership Agreement" or a "Share Certificate" in the entity holding the property.
* Administrative Fees: A one-time processing fee or platform fee may apply at the time of purchase.
4. "Just Tell When To Sell" (Liquidity Terms)
